Problem: Diets just don’t seem to work for me
Patients often are attracted to diets and programs that promise magical, no-stress weight loss. Although these programs have no metabolic validity, their promises are appealing. While these diets and programs may offer short term gains, they ultimately leave you feeling unsuccessful and defeated because the diet is not sustainable and in harmony with their lifestyle.
Solution: Let us design a customized weight
management program for you.
The INBALANCE Program features:
Nutrition Assessment - Your personalized assessment is the first step in designing a weight management program that is customized for you. The assessment consists of your personal health history along with eating habits and food intake.
Individualized Weight Loss Plan - An individualized reduced calorie diet is the basis of the INBALANCE weight management program. Our Registered Dietitian will work with you to design the right diet for your lifestyle and health goals. The length of the INBALANCE program is 90 days. If additional time and/or services are required, these can be scheduled for an additional fee.
Lifestyle Coaching Sessions - Lifestyle coaching in addition to diet and physical activity leads to successful weight loss. INBALANCE provides three 30-minute sessions with a lifestyle coach at a time most convenient for you. You will work with your coach to set-up personal lifestyle coaching sessions each month and you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any possible issues or problems you are encountering.
Meal Planning Tool - INBALANCE includes three months of customized meal planning as part of your program. You’ll receive weekly meal plans, great tasting recipes and a grocery list based on your meal plan. We take the guess work out of what to eat.
Fitness Recommendations - We’ll help you design a fitness plan (walking, swimming, cycling, jogging, etc.) that works for your schedule and interests. Lifestyle changes (change environment to use more energy by walking, taking stairs, watching less television or sedentary time, etc.) are also suggested.
